I was wondering on how help people to understand that time boxing and collaboration are important factors to keep focus on objectives without waste time and money on other not important stuff.

After some research on board games that I’ve played during these years I found Space Alerts. This is a cool board game that force the team to keep the focus for 30′ minutes on several threads from the deep space.
