After one year from the first introduction of Agile the Board Game, and after 20 play sessions it’s now the moment to start with the version 2.0 of the Game.

Thanks to all participants I was able to gather really useful feedbacks and I’m working on a new version with improved rules and graphics. Version 2 will have:

1. New build cards with different level of difficulty
2. Improved the concept of time slot, in this version the first time you approach SCRUM it seems strange speak about slot in comparison with working days
3. Simplified Initiating project
4. New unexpected cards
5. New system to calculate points
6. Board game scaling
7. New graphics
