Hi to all, I’m really happy to publish my last slides about Agile, Lean and Kanban for a one day workshop.
During the workshop I use Agile: the Board Game and A3 Airplane Game to introduce the concepts of Agile projects and Lean A3 technique.

Slides are in Italian, I’m planning to translate them in English too very soon! Feedbacks are welcomed: both slides and games are in continuos improvment 🙂
