I just completed the first article for mokabyte.it about the Agile Gamification.
In this article I describe how and why games help people learning Agile. On support of that I highlighted three “Agile Reloaded factors” :
- Respect for people and rules
- Collaboration
- Transparency
I call these factors Agile Reloaded because, in my opinion, without these factors, to apply all others aspects of Agile is difficult.
Games help people to have respect: you have rules to follow and to have fun you have to respect other players.
Games feed collaboration, help people to communicate and interact.
Games are transparent by design. At the end it must be clear who win and who lose.
Than learn by doing or better… learn by playing!
